PropertyGuys.com sign on as corporate sponsor of Owl River Runners

Logo for PropertyGuys.comThe campaign team at Owl River Runners is pleased to announce the signing of our first Corporate Sponsor, PropertyGuys.com.

They are Canada’s largest private sale franchise network and a modern day alternative to real estate agents. We’re ecstatic to have them aboard!

“We believe that sellers don’t have to pay a fortune to get the expertise they need to sell their home. That’s why we’ve re-engineered almost everything about selling real estate on your own – making it not only easier, but also much better.

Our approach, which has been developed over the past 15 years really works. We can say that because we’ve already helped nearly 60,000 Canadian sellers (just like you) save 100’s of millions of dollars in real estate commission

By eliminating the listing agent altogether and working closely with the real estate professional, the process of selling a property becomes much more practical, flexible and rewarding (often resulting in costing sellers 10 times less money in the end). We think that’s pretty cool.

Instead of agents, we use a high tech / high touch service delivered by our expert on-line PGPros (that’s what we call our local franchise operator), innovative real estate brokers to connect you to realtor.ca, certified professional appraisers, a unique answering and appointment booking service, and the very best real estate lawyers in the country – making selling without an agent painless and more convenient than ever before.”

If you’re planning to sell or buy a home, make sure you start at www.propertyguys.com.

We hear there may be some choice pieces of real estate for sale in Owl River…

Casting Announcement – Tracey Brown as Georgina

Photo of Tracey BrownOwl River Runners is overjoyed to announce the addition of Tracey Brown to our cast.

Tracey Brown joined the stage and film scene a number of years ago and instantly won the audience over with charismatic personality, impeccable wit and a perfect sense of timing.

An award winning actress, she accepts to portray our lead Jaime’s estranged mother Georgina. An antagonist role in Owl River Runners. This is a departure role from those in which we’ve gotten used to seeing Tracey. We probably won’t warm up to Georgina, but we’ll surely love Tracey.
